I love photographing weddings - by the end of the night I tend to fall a little bit in love with the couple (everyone is so happy when they get married!). But Maggie and Patrick's springtime, Annapolis wedding was especially meaningful to me.
On most wedding days, I spend the morning/afternoon with the bride and groom and then as the crowd becomes bigger, I retreat to the background. But on Patrick and Maggie's big day, I spent 10 hours with their closest family (11 people total) and I had the chance to talk with and meet each family member - I even joined them for dinner. And they were all such warm, loving people - both to each other and to everyone around them. Seriously, this is the best job in the world.
AND one year later I photographed there AMAZING reception/anniversary party - click here to check it out!!
