There’s a meme going around the internet that makes me sad. It reads, “behind every holiday photoshoot is a mom threatening to cancel all joy and happiness until the end of time if everyone doesn’t sit still and smile for 2 freaking seconds.”
Why would anyone want to act like that? Why would any family want to go through that? The best photos are always people playing with their children - laughing, running, exploring. Not only are these the best photos, they’re the best memories as well. It’s that easy. Really.
